I would like to promote your legal foreign products & services to Japanese companies by making use of the biggest Japanese B2B site ( the Business Mall) which is run by the Japanese Chamber of Business and Commerce.
Registrants are all members of JCCI. The membership is compiled of all appropriate professions in Japan. In the Business Mall, registrants can send their enquiries to 300,000 companies. I am a member of JCCI, so I would like to promote your business in my Business Mall account.
The headquarters of the business mall permits me to work as a mediator on the Japanese B2B site.
The legality of my business is also confirmed by a government-related organization - JETRO, or the Japan External Trade organization. (* In Japan, there is no strict limitation for a businessman to trade. So if you have any questions, please refer to JETRO.)

The following is my business model.

The Business mall only has an enquiry system for buyers, not suppliers. So Japanese businessmen are automatically sent only buyers' information from the site. There is a list of suppliers on the site, but it doesn't automatically send suppliers' information to all the Japanese companies. Therefore, visitors have to search for suppliers by using the site's engine.

Each space has a link to my company's web, so I can promote your business on my web site in Japanese.

But unfortunately, the Business Mall might not be sufficient to find your business partners or buyers in Japan, because the site has not enough registrants' information due to the site's short history. So I am planning to pick up prospective information for us from the list of suppliers, buyers & enquiries on the B2B, and I will send my business e-mail to our prospective partners.(*Under the Japanese law, I can not send an e-mail to a private individual, I can only send an e-mail to the companies which make public their e-mail address on their webs and which don't refuse direct e-mails on their webs. )

I will send an e-mail to Japanese companies in order to find prospective buyers ( companies) for you, while at the same time I recommend my independent business proposal to the potential customers.(*My business proposal is recommendation to the Japanese company to sell their products & services on foreign B2B sites like Alibaba. )
